This project aimed to carry out a geographic survey campaign, and its technical characterization, of the main assets of ELECTRA - Cape Verde. A total of 44 types of Assets were collected, among them electrical energy meters, power plant, grounding stations, power line, lighting system, among others. More than 180,000 assets were registered in the islands of Santiago, São Vicente and Sal.

A georeferenced photographic survey was also carried out on the 9 islands of Cape Verde.

All the information collected was the basis for the subsequent development of the project "Program for reducing losses and improving the quality of energy" carried out by ELECTRA.
